Wait For Breakfast
Have your body wake up in the mornings by having a brief cold shower after a hot shower. This stimulates circulation and digestion. Wait until you are totally awake in the morning before eating. Your body won't be able to digest food if it's still asleep. Leave at least an hour between waking up and breakfast, although if you can't wait that long, you can have fresh fruit salad.

Breakfast like a king, Lunch like a prince, dine like a pauper.
There is a lot of truth in this old saying.
You need food for energy during the day which is a good reason for a heavy breakfast. It doesn't make sense to eat half of your day's food in the evening.
Also it's not a good idea going to bed still digesting your supper, for the body will not have enough rest causing you to wake up fatigued and sometimes with a slight headache.
As a general rule, eat dinner early and leave at least 2hours before going to bed.
Such a habit will give your body enough time to rest, help you wake up fresh and ready for the day's activities.
