What Fats you should and shouldn't be eating

Cut down on the fats that are bad for you, found in meat and dairy products. Avoid fried foods, burnt or browned fats, saturated or hydrogenated fats.

Take more of essential fats, the kind that heals. Certain polyunsaturated fats, called omega 3 oils, found in pumpkin and flax seeds and omega 6 oils, found in sesame and sunflower seeds, are vital for our health.

To make sure you are getting enough, eat 1 tablespoon of cold-pressed seed oil (sesame, sunflower, pumpkin or flax seeds) or 1 heaped tablespoon of ground seeds a day.

Try it and wait for the amazing results.

    1. Well Marriedgal, from my knowledge there actually is sunflower oil in ug but if you are really looking for an alternative try peanuts or olive oil and pumpkin seeds.

    2. Groundnut oil, as well as other monounsaturated fats, can help to lower your overall cholesterol level, lower the level of bad cholesterol in your blood and increase your level of good cholesterol.
Replacing saturated fat with monounsaturated fats such as groundnut oil can lower your blood pressure, thereby reducing your risk of cardiovascular disease and stroke.

  2. I have heard that sunflower oil is okay to fry with as long as it is used in moderation. Is this true?

    1. Choosing healthier sources of fat can lower your risk for heart disease, and sunflower oil may help. It can also be used for constipation, so yes it is true.
